As a Producer at NBCUniversal Telemundo, I’m responsible for pitching entertainment news stories, looking for BROLL, writing and lining scripts. My team has the responsibility to produce a daily show For The Cultura by Telemundo. For The Cultura is a daily pop culture rundown focusing on the rising Latino audience for the streaming service QuiBi. Completely in english, the show’s coverage varies from upcoming films and albums to more serious subjects that impact the latino community. We educate our audience while bringing them the entertaining break we all need. Aside from producing 5 shows a week, my responsibilities also include producing and writing original content for Telemundo’s Digital platform.

As a Multimedia Producer at Univision (2017-2020) I’ve been involved in many projects for our digital content. Amongst them, the largest project I produced was KIUBO, a daily capsule in which we discussed current events, produced special reports and short documentaries focused mostly around Hip Hop and Latino Urbano Music. From May 2018 to December 2019 I collaborated with producer/videographer Andres Rivera under the supervision of Leonor Suarez conceptualizing, producing, and editing the daily capsules (dividing editing duties for more complex pieces). Along with production duties, I also wrote the scripts and acted as host. With the Director of Original Content on board supervising and approving the final production, a small team of 3 brought great numbers and a demographic that Univision never expected on their YouTube account.

These are some of my early personal projects. Some I produced for school during the time I studied production. Most of these projects were for fun. I have been passionate about cinema since a young age and this is why I’ve been shooting, writing and editing since I could remember.
